Height: 1m

Spacing: 50cm

Bloom period: December-January. The flowers shed their petals a bit, but the whole plant smells divine! My favourite foliage scent in the garden. The last of the flower petals can be picked off when the flower is mature and the remaining seedhead dries well as a reddish-brown pom pom. Similar plant to mint, so it spreads very easily via underground stems.

The bees, bumblebees and pollinators love this plant. It can be propagated very easily by division.

Supplied in August as dormant bare-rooted plant divisions with a little soil/sawdust and wrapped in moist paper. Plant straight away in warmer climates, or pot up in a sheltered spot (e.g. greenhouse/coldframe) or store in lightly damp sawdust for up to a month before planting.

The price is for 5 bare-root divisions. Each one will become a plant.
