Height:1m

Spacing: 50cm - very vigorous spreader

Bloom period: Flush in December, but blooming continues a bit into January - February. You won't get repeat flowering in the same season, but flowerheads mature at different times over several weeks. Autumn foliage is also really pretty in March and April.

Named 'Gooseneck' for the bend in the flower spike. A gorgeous plant spreading by underground rhizomes. Boistrously invasive in the right conditions - beware! But that also means it is a very productive cut flower! Much desired by wedding florists.

Supplied in August as dormant bare-rooted plant divisions with a little potting mix and wrapped in moist paper. Plant straight away in warmer climates, or pot up in a sheltered spot (e.g. greenhouse/coldframe) until temperatures warm up.

Choose the option you would like: 5 Small crowns (each will grow into a plant) or 3 Larger crowns. The larger crowns have been growing in my nursery for longer, so they are more established. They will become a larger plant more quickly. The price for 3 larger crowns is the same as the price for 5 smaller ones.
