Height: 60-70cm
Spacing: 30cm
Bloom period: December-March. This is a lovely purple flowered variety of this familar herb, that grows long enough stems for cutting. It does spread, but not as rampantly as plants from the mint family.
Many pollinators can be seen enjoying this plant. It can be propagated by division or seed.
Supplied in August as dormant bare-rooted plant divisions with a little soil/sawdust and wrapped in moist paper. Plant straight away in warmer climates, or pot up in a sheltered spot (e.g. greenhouse/coldframe) or store in lightly damp sawdust for up to a month before planting.
The price is for 5 bare-root divisions. Each one will become a plant.
