Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your participation in our workshop. To ensure the smooth operation of our events and to accommodate all participants, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation with Seven or More Days Notice:

  • Full refund will be issued.

 

Cancellation with Less than Seven Days Notice:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations made within seven days of the workshop date. You may wish make your own arrangements to find another person to take your place.

 

Cancellation Policy for Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:

We strive to ensure a positive and safe experience for all participants in our events. However, unpredictable weather or unforeseen circumstances may necessitate event cancellations. In such cases, the following policy will apply:

Cancellation Initiated by Organizers:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event.
  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible through the contact information provided during registration and a full refund will be given.

 

Postponement:

  • If the event is postponed, participants will be informed of the rescheduled date.
  • Participants unable to attend the rescheduled date may be eligible for a refund, subject to the organizer's discretion.
