Terms and Conditions for Dahlia Plant Purchases from Unfurlings Flowers

1. Quality Guarantee

  • All dahlia plants have been grown from seed collected at Unfurlings Flowers.
  • The customer acknowledges that the flowers may be a variety of colours and the flower form may range from single to fully double. Due to dahlia genetics, it is impossible to predict exactly what the flowers will be like and whether the flowers would be suitable as cut flowers.
  • They are supplied as ready-to-plant seedlings in small pots.
  • Plants are healthy at the time of dispatch from our premises.

2. Refund Policy

  • Should a plant arrive in poor condition and be deemed not viable, the customer may request a refund.
  • To initiate a refund, you must provide proof of the issue (e.g., photographs, detailed descriptions) as requested by us within 48 hours of receiving the plants.
  • Please note that this refund policy applies only to issues of viability reported within the specified time frame.

3. Disease

  • We cannot be responsible for the presence of diseases as the plants grow in your garden as it is possible for various diseases to be transmitted by soil, insects and tools in the environment they are planted into.

4. No Replacements

  • We do not provide replacements for any plants as we do not have stock to spare.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided with the plants. This includes watering the plants when they arrive and planting them in the garden or a larger pots as soon as possible. We are not liable for any damage or failure to thrive due to improper care or environmental conditions beyond our control.
